How to increase your chances of landing a job through Indeed
Job seekers using Indeed
Quick tip from the recruiters perspective to help increase your chances of securing a new role.
When a recruiter sources your CV and wants to contact you, they can't just give you a call or send you an email as your contact details are hidden.
They need to send you the details of a specific job and wait to see whether you are interested.
If a recruiter reaches out to you with a job that is unfortunately not of interest, DON'T decline!
This then closes off communications and means that the recruiter cannot contact you again.
INSTEAD, accept anyway and send a message to the recruiter explaining what you are looking for, as they can then help you find a role that is a better fit or they may have something else already available.
This increases your chances of finding a new opportunity and builds your contacts in the industry.
